What is ReSee?
ReSee is a Paris-based luxury resale platform offering a curated selection of designer pieces sourced from private clients around the world.
Do you have a presence in the United States?
Yes. Since 2025, ReSee has been established in New York, with a local office and studio, allowing us to better serve our US clients.
Where do the pieces come from?
We work with a global network of private collectors, both in Europe and the United States. Many are long-standing clients and passionate fashion lovers who consign pieces from their personal wardrobes.
We do not operate as an open marketplace. Every item is selected in close collaboration with our team and intentionally curated before being accepted.
How are items authenticated and prepared?
Every piece is physically received and handled by our team.
Our in-house experts carefully inspect each item for authenticity, condition, and overall quality. When necessary, pieces are cleaned, restored, or repaired before being made available for sale.
Do you have stock in the US?
Yes. We hold a large selection of pieces within our New York Collection, with thousands of items available locally.
These items are stored in the United States and ship directly from New York, allowing for faster delivery.
How do I know where an item is located?
Each product page includes a “Location” section indicating where the piece is held. Items are part of either our Paris Collection or our New York Collection.
We ship worldwide, so you can purchase from either location.
Can I reserve an item?
Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
Reservations are available exclusively to members of The Circle.
Do you ship across the United States?
Yes. We ship nationwide.
How long does delivery take?
Items ship out within 3-5 business days. Pieces from our New York collection are shipped out via UPS, items from Paris are shipped via DHL.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
If applicable, duties are included in the price, meaning you will have no duties to pay.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Is my order insured?
Additional insurance options are available at checkout.
In which currency will I be charged?
You will be charged in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay and other methods available at checkout.
Can I consign pieces if I am based in the US?
Yes. We work with clients across the United States and regularly source pieces from US-based collectors.
What brands do you accept?
We focus on a curated selection of high-end designers. Each submission is reviewed individually by our team.
How does consigning from the US work?
Our team will guide you through the process, from initial selection to shipping your pieces to us. Visit our Sell with US page to propose items for sale or contact [email protected] for an at-home appointment in the New York City tri-State area.
We handle curation, pricing, authentication, and sales.
Where are my items sold?
Our client base is international and your pieces may be sold across the globe.
When do I get paid and how does the payment process work?
Payment is issued once your item has sold and the return period has elapsed (21 days).
Funds are managed through your ReSee seller wallet. This is a secure system where your earnings are held in your name until you choose to transfer them.
Once a sale is completed, you will receive an email notification confirming that funds are available in your wallet. You can then transfer the amount directly to your bank account at any time.
To enable transfers, you will be asked to securely upload your banking details and identification.
How do I activate my seller wallet?
To activate your seller wallet and enable transfers, you will be asked to securely provide your banking details and a valid form of identification.
This is a standard and secure process that ensures funds are held in your name and transferred safely to your account.
What is the difference between “pending” and “available” funds in my wallet?
Your wallet is divided into two sections:
- Pending funds: your item has been sold, but the return period is still ongoing.
- Available funds: the return period has elapsed and the sale is finalized.
After 21 days, funds automatically move from pending to available and can be transferred to your bank account or used as store credit.
Can I use my seller wallet as store credit?
Yes. You can keep your funds in your wallet and use them directly at checkout as a form of payment.
Any unused balance will remain in your wallet and can be used at a later time or transferred to your bank account.

Why are some items eligible for refund and others for Wallet credit?
Return options depend on the location of the item and how it is shipped to you.
- Items shipped within your region are generally eligible for a refund
- Items shipped from another region are eligible for return via ReSee Wallet Credit
This allows us to offer a consistent return experience while preserving the value of each piece.
The return option for each item is always clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
How does billing work?
Memberships are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually.
Annual plans include one complimentary month.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Some items are not eligible for return due to their nature, price, or location.
This includes:
- Items purchased using ReSee Wallet
- Items not eligible under return conditions
- Certain categories such as fragile or collector pieces
The return status of each item is always clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
Can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Benefits remain active until that date.
What does membership cost?
The Circle is available at $36 per month, or $396 billed annually (including one complimentary month).
The Collector’s Circle is available at $62 per month, or $682 billed annually (including one complimentary month).
Pricing may change for future subscription periods. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect an active subscription. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Is the membership refundable?

If cancellation occurs within this period and services have already been used, any refund may be adjusted proportionally.
What is the return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
